OMALAS' USE OF NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Visitors to our Web site remain anonymous. Omalas, does not collect identifying information about visitors to our site. Omalas, uses standard software to collect non-identifying information about our visitors, including but not limited to, date and time our site was accessed, Internet protocol address, and Web browser used. All this information is used to create a summary statistics, determine the level of interest in information available on our site, help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site.

OMALAS' USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

There are cases where Omalas may ask you for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, and birth date.  For example, we request personal information when you fill out our Resume Submission form.  Omalas needs to collect this information for feedback solicitation purposes.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Our site provides participants the opportunity for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications.

Participants will receive e-mail verification that they have been removed from our databases within 48 hours.
